Team Building and Group Events in Carmarthen

Looking for team building in Carmarthen that your staff will actually enjoy? Ruby Rhino Escape Rooms gives businesses and groups across Carmarthenshire a hands-on, memorable alternative to the usual away day.

An escape room tests the skills every team needs: communication, problem-solving, leadership and staying calm under pressure. Each game has 60 minutes on the clock, so everyone has to work together to get out.

Here's how we can help:

• Team building: Put departments or new teams in our themed rooms to build trust and spark some friendly competition.

• Staff activities and parties: It's a fun, different social for colleagues of any experience level.

• Interviews: Watch candidates live from our monitoring room as they solve problems as a team. You'll see how they think, which an interview alone won't show you.

We can book your organisation in at a time that suits you. While you're here, we close our games to the public, so you have the venue privately and won't be disturbed.
